Hanqiao Zhang is an Economics Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). He holds a M.S. in Applied Economics from the Johns Hopkins University in 2018, and a B.S. in Finance from the Beijing University of Technology (BJUT).
His primary research interests are bayesian econometrics, casual inference and machine learning. More broadly, He is interested in new models, new algorithms, new applications, and new insights for solving problems that are closely related to people’s everyday lives.
